Frankfurt x 2
Trying to be a it less lazy with scanning and uploading here: two sketches done in Frankfurt. The first one shows a pavillon of a korean garden inside the Grueneburgpark. The second sketch shows the so called I.G.-Farben Haus, built in the late 1920s, now housing a part of the University of Frankfurt.

Sketchcrawl Palmengarten Frankfurt
Meeting with the »Rhein Main sketchers« – Birgit, Clara, Katja and others. A very cold, almost winterly day in March inside and outside the »Palmengarten« in Frankfurt.

Bethmannpark, Frankfurt am Main
Sketching with fellow »Rhein-Main« sketchers Jenny, Lena, Thomas, Andreas, Katja, Markus and Clara at the Chinese Garden inside the Bethmannpark. Afterwards we took the short walk to the Römerberg, which was crowded and busy on this day... Besides, there was a anti-Putin-demonstration of Ukrainian people and supporters going on.

Winter pickings
Glad, that the indoor-season is over and spring's here - although I´ve had really nice times with fellow sketchers at different museums in Mainz, Wiesbaden and Frankfurt.

Elephants and Crocodiles
Sketching with Lapin and Markus in the Senckenberg Museum Frankfurt. You can chose either to have lots of bones and skulls (Dinosaurs and Co), or you could go for some stuffed furry animals …
At the 42nd International Sketchcrawl I met Birgit and Jenny at the »Weltkulturen Museum«, also Frankfurt. We sketched crocodile boat-stems, creepy skulls and figurines. I failed terrificly to achive some likeness in a wooden male-figure and had a great afternoon anyway.
